      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry---if the results of your tax return say that you have federal tax due, you are not getting a federal refund.&amp;nbsp; It cannot be both.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Look at your federal Form 1040.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you are getting a refund, it will be shown on line 35a.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If you owe tax due it will be shown on line 37.&amp;nbsp; There will be an amount on one of those lines or the other---but not both.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You either have a tax due or a refund, not both. &amp;nbsp;Unless it's on different returns like federal and state or for different years. &amp;nbsp; Why are you expecting a refund? &amp;nbsp; Is your return missing some payments like an extension payment or estimated payments? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
