Im trying to confirm my payment information and for some reason it isn't taking my banks routing number. I coped & pasted it straight from the banks website. I also tried a few times to type it in manually, but it's giving me a hard time. I made sure, there were no extra spaces or anything like that. But It's still showing an "error." Strange because I use Turbo Tax every year and it saves my banking info. So this is the first time that it suddenly decided it was invalid and not matching in the "confirm routing number" section.

This is a known problem and TurboTax support is working on a solution. Hopefully it will be corrected by the end of the week with an update to the software.

Yes that's a known issue. They are working on it. Try next week. Or you can change to get a check but that will take longer.

Same thing this year and every year. Still not fixed.
