      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes,&amp;nbsp; if you are legally married your only two choices are MFS and MFJ,&amp;nbsp; it doesn'tmatter where your spouse is located. You CANNOT file SINGLE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you choose MFJ, you must include the spouse's worldwide income and then get a credit for taxes paid to another country.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
