      <description>&lt;P&gt;if her income is just $600 , there is no filing requirement in WI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;file joint for federal and file as you normally do in MI.&amp;nbsp; no need to file WI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.revenue.wi.gov/Pages/FAQS/pcs-indreq.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.revenue.wi.gov/Pages/FAQS/pcs-indreq.aspx&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually was doing more research and it says self-employed individuals who make over $400 must file a return. How would the wife go about filing in this case, if you could help me a bit further?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
