In the program:

Click on Other Tax Situations at the top of the screen.
In the Other Tax Forms section, click the Start button to the right of Miscellaneous tax forms.
In Miscellaneous Tax Forms, click the Start button to the right of Additional taxes and repayments.
Click the Yes button on the next screen.
Click the Continue button on the next screen.
Enter your figure in the appropriate line on the Other Taxes screen.
