TT no longer supports the 2018 tax year so if you do not have the finished return to mail in then you can either use a local tax professional OR get the forms and instructions from the state's web site.

You are too late to receive a refund for a 2018 tax return. Even if the tax form shows a refund, it has been forfeited. However, if you owe the state money they want to be paid. If you want to get the state forms and prepare them by hand to mail in:
