Update your TurboTax software since the problem has been corrected with the latest update.

Click on Online and click on Check for Updates.

Thank you DoninDA for your helpful reply. I followed you instructions and everything was restored.

FYI, Turbotax began to inform users early on that there was a problem but never followed up with a fix in

progress and, accordingly, reinstall and go from there. Never did Turbotax ever disclose the real reason

for the software outage lasting many weeks. Having used Turbotax since 1985 each and every year,

I am now very disappointed that their Technical Operations Branch left users hanging for so long

without progress updates to correct the software usage. I may try a new company tax software

package for my 2023 return because of this issue. In summary, TurboTax let me down BIGTIME.
