Why are 1099 entries missing from the 2021 Michigan Schedule W?

Did you enter a Form 1099-R or a RRB-1099-R on the federal tax return that did not have Michigan state income taxes withheld?

Or, did you enter any type of Form 1099 on a federal tax return which did have Michigan state income taxes withheld? If so, which forms?

Yes, the two corresponding 1099's were entered on the federal return. I can see both of them under 1040 Sch 1, but the Michigan State return, Schedule W only includes one of the two 1099's.

Referring to a Form 1099-R -

If the Form 1099-R was not for a military pension and did not have Michigan state taxes withheld it would not be entered on Schedule W.
