Where do you want to put your school district? In a state income tax return? What state? Every state is different.

As others have said, we need to know which state you are in. Some states require you to just enter your school district (SD) name or number and that usually comes up in the state interview.

Some school district have an income tax (SDIT).

If you are in Ohio, TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a School District return (form SD 100), you must initiate it, because not all School Districts have an income tax (most do not).

At the screen, in the Ohio program, titled  "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
      scroll down to School District taxes.
Or later at the screen  "Your 2022 Ohio Taxes are ready for us to check"
    -Click Other situations
    -Scroll down to School District taxes.
