Which TurboTax program are you using? The online web-based editions or the desktop CD/Download editions installed on a personal computer? If the desktop editions, is it Windows or Mac?

I ordered online web-based editions for US mac. It is a TurboTax Premier Desktop 2022

This is a known problem. TurboTax support is working on a solution.
