Can't download state

I bought turbotax premier for Mac. I recently re-installed it as I am trying to backfile my 2022 taxes (did an extension in April).

For some reason, I can't download the state taxes.

It's stuck on the "State purchase" screen, with a "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag" error.

I'm confused, because I thought that the state should be free/included?

Advice appreciated.

TTX isn't working for anyone with MacOS 11 right now.

In the meantime, there's nothing you can do yourself to fix it .

You can sign up for getting a notification when the TTX software folks do fix it....
