Only the TurboTax desktop editions (Windows or Mac) require a license code when installing the software on a personal compute.

It is not clear what you are trying to do. What do you mean by "my third purchased TT?" You cannot install more than one copy of the 2022 CD/download for desktop software on the same computer. With each copy of the CD/download you can prepare and e-file up to five federal returns, and you can prepare and file more than five if the additional ones are filed by mail. Why are you on a "third" one?
