Are you preparing a joint tax return? Look more carefully on the W-2 income entry screen. If you set up your return correctly to file jointly, you will see a spot with each of your names for entry of your W-2's.

When you enter your own information in My Info, you have to answer the question "Were you married?" If you click the button for Married, then a drop down will appear that asks, "Do you want to file this return together with your spouse?" Then you choose yes to file a joint return. You would then enter your spouse's information into Personal Info.

Whenever you are entering income information there should then be a spot for you and for your spouse's income information.

In the MY INFO tab did you indicate you were married and would file a joint return ? Go back and review that section. If you did then when you get to any income entry section you would add a form and indicate who the income belongs to ... follow the screen instructions carefully.
