Did you wait until the federal return was Accepted? Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program?

Looked at the link and waited to make sure Federal was accepted and tried again for 2 more days ...TT Program won't let me file state .because .message says was already filed ..has my bank info with all numbers..but I know it didn't go thru as I called FTB and they never received and said no record of anything coming in-plus the payment for e-filing never went thru ..program wouldn't let me continue to next screen ..am on MacBook Air using TT software bought at Costco that included partial payment to E-file ..but could never get to go thru after trying 3 days ..about 20 times! Guess I need to print but can't as my printer out of order and return is 79 pages long ..so would like to E-file! Any suggestions?
