I want to Finish & File. Tried to find File section but failed.

Using the TurboTax online editions click on File on the left side of the online program screen.

The photo of the left side box you sent shows 'File' under 2022 TAXES, which however is missing in the left side of box on my screen. Mine shows from the top; Turbo Tax - Tax home - documents - Credit Karma ........ and at the bottom, intuit account, etc. So, I cannot find 'File'.

Do you see Add A State anywhere? To get back into your return you have to click on Add a State. You aren't really adding a state, that's just to let you back in. Do not click on anything that says Amend.

Found the steps.....

Select Tax Home in the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select 2022, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you back into your return so you can make changes).

If you are finished with your return, run the reviews for federal and state returns before moving onto the the File menu. If you meant something else, comment back to explain.

To clarify, what's preventing you from finishing and filing? What types of error messages are you receiving?

Were you attempting to communicate with a particular Expert? Do you have TurboTax Live?
