Where's my refund

IRS says funds were sent to my bank July 12, 2023. My bank says they received nothing and nothing is pending. SBTPG says the funds were received and deposited but still not reflecting in my bank account it is Now July 17th and still have yet to talk to anyone!!!

Based on the information provided, I would encourage you to call us, so that we may verify the final deposit amount that should have been deposited to your bank account. Remember that the amount deposited should be your refund amount per your tax return, less TurboTax fees, less the processing bank fee.
