E-File Error

I tried to e-file my 2022 federal return, but received an error message. It said I needed to update. I ran the update, but now the program will not open at all. What can I do to save my information and will it be possible to e-file? I bought my license from a third party.

Are you trying to efile a Georgia state return? There is a known problem with that. Or on a Mac? I've seen several posts about a recent update crashing the Mac program.
