Bank Password 12 Character Limit

When attempting to update my bank info (I haven’t used the app in over a year) it sets a 12 character limit on my bank password. My bank password is a few more than 12 characters, so it will not allow me to log in. How do I get around this?

change your Bank password to 12 characters at your Bank website 😀
