&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As to Married Filing Separately, this is a very complex filing status in community property states.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Given that, Married Filing Jointly might be the most advantageous, though this can be affected by many factors as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am married, living separately from my husband who is working in a different state. &amp;nbsp; I live in Arizona…a community property state. &amp;nbsp; He is living in Seattle, WA with no State tax. &amp;nbsp; He will be a resident of Washington for the entire 2023 year. &amp;nbsp; What is the best way for us to file? &amp;nbsp; I would qualify for Head of Household.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
