    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been able to login online with a second computer but when I try to login with my primary computer and I put in my user ID and password I get a spinning&amp;nbsp; type of icon that never goes away. I have left it there for 30 min and nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; I have tried clearing my cache but no change. What can be done to address this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which browser are you using? OS&amp;nbsp; (W10, W11, MAC)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a different browser.&amp;nbsp; And make sure you are logged out at the second computer as you can't be logged in at the same time elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;________&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes a browser's settings are set to the most rigorous/secure....and that can block some operations (not sure it should really affect the login though)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue was Surfshark. I added the site to the bypass list and now it works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
