Has anyone else experienced possible information leaks and an increase in phishing scams?

I was sent an email with the information I put in for turbo tax abotu how I needed to amend something in my return however after I filled it out I realized I had fallen for a phising scam

To protect from phishing, I would recommend two-step authentication. Please see:

I would also advise changing your password, which can be done with the following steps:

Sign in to your TurboTax account
Select Intuit Account in the menu
In the Manage your Account section, select Sign In & Security
Select either User ID or Password to make changes
Enter the new information
Select Save after entering your new user ID or password

Was it about a duplicate 198 form? Turbo Tax did send out an email about duplicate 1098 forms and you may need to amend.
