      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no "opt out".&amp;nbsp; The decision to pay or to not pay estimated taxes is yours and yours alone.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just don't pay the estimates. &amp;nbsp;They are optional to pay and the IRS won't be expecting them. &amp;nbsp; Hopefully your withholding will be enough to cover the tax on all your income including any income that doesn't have withholding like interest and dividends, etc. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
