There is no "opt out". The decision to pay or to not pay estimated taxes is yours and yours alone.

Just don't pay the estimates. They are optional to pay and the IRS won't be expecting them. Hopefully your withholding will be enough to cover the tax on all your income including any income that doesn't have withholding like interest and dividends, etc.
