&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you sign onto your online account and land on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;Tax Home&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;web page, scroll down and click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Add a state.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tax Tools&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;on the left side of the online program screen.&amp;nbsp; Then click on&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Print Center&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Then click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Print, save or preview this year's return&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Choose the option&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Include government and TurboTax worksheets&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A PDF of the 2022 tax return can be opened by any PDF compatible program, such as Adobe Reader.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are trying to open the 2022 tax data, which has a file extension of &lt;STRONG&gt;.tax2022&lt;/STRONG&gt;, that can only be opened by the 2022 TurboTax software installed on a personal computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need a copy of my 2022 tax returns I filed and no when go to open the file I get a message say "we know this is taking more then a few seconds" and then nothing happens, files wont open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you are using the CD/Download TurboTax software installed on your computer, and you have the .tax2022 file for your tax return. Is that correct?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;First, reboot your computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Don't open your tax return by clicking on the file. Start the TurboTax program first, then open the tax return from within TurboTax.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you need more help, please tell us whether you are running TurboTax in Windows or on a Mac.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using windows 11. Its opened before fine. I did reboot and tried to open from the app not shortcut and still get the same message. I also tried opening past years just to check and they do the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5317181"&gt;@Kahain&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might be something strange with the W11 OS update that was issued/(you installed?) last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have fully installed and updated to that W11 update...and rebooted afterwards, and it still happens, then you'll need to call Customer Support.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Their Software people may need to check what the latest W11 update does to TTX.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(didn't affect my W10, but the OS isn't exactly the same)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;____________&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/turbotax-phone-number/L0Od33nMQ_US_en_US?uid=liaqxiea" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;What is the TurboTax phone number? &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. &amp;nbsp;TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
