I see, so both the percent of the SLCSP and the percent of any advance payment of the Premium Tax Credit is the same?

Hi guys, how do I find the percent of the SLCSP that applies to me AND the percent of any advance payment of the Premium Tax Credit that applies to me knowing that I'm adding the same form 1095-a my parents added to their return since I am covered in their policy along with my sister, my mom and dad. (NOT the percent of the premium that I paid, they paid 100% so my percent is 0) Thanks!!

It's rather easy once you know how.

If there are 5 people listed on the 1095-A (including the policy owner) then each person is allocated 20%. So if the 1095-A you have has only you and your parents on it, it's 33.3% per person. If there's four people listed, then it's 25% per person.

NOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOO NOOOOOO ....

You can enter your percentages in amounts that all parties agree on. If the other parties also get a 1095-A they will enter your social security number as the person that they shared the policy with you.

The only rule is that all parties have to agree to the percentage amounts and that the percentages much add up to 100%.

So it could be 33/33/34, or 100/0, or any combination that adds to 100 and all agree upon.
