Error code 2894 refund for defective TurboTax

At one time TurboTax was giving refund on their defective programing. I had problems completing the form and now are turning to complete the form. Now that form is no longer available. I had to pay $169 to have my taxes done by a competitor. TurboTax has no way to contact them. I have used their programs for over 10 years and this is the first time I have gotten a defective program. (I should not have to modify my computer to compensate for their programing error.) As a protest, I am no longer going to use TurboTax. I recommend other users do the same.

Do consider changing TurboTax to Microsoft in the sentence before the last one.

In all the years I have used TurboTax, this year is the only time TurboTax screwed up their programing. It is TurboTax's responsibility to have their product Beta tested and not make their clients the Beta Testers. I can not get a refund from the store because they do not give refunds on programs.

TurboTax, you got my money this year and because you do not stand behind your products, you will not get my money next year. TurboTax loosing one customer at a time.
