Missing 2021 Tax Form

I filed with Turbo Tax for the 2021 Tax year, but when I access Intuit no tax returns or documents come up even though I have emails from turbo tax confirming my submission for the 2021 tax year. Where can I find these documents?

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

You can also request a transcript from the IRS

.....if you are in the correct account that you used in the past...but didn't use that account (yet) to do your 2022 taxes?

Then

....you have to start into the initial 2022 tax Q&A for 12 pages or so.....before the "Tax Home" shows up for you to select in the left-side menu....after which you can scroll down to find the older tax returns.

IF you used the desktop software for those prior years?...those files are only stored on your own computer, and any backups you should have created to store them safely.
