topic Ally password length in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I recently changed passwords on my Ally account which says it takes up to 50 characters but when trying to update Mint with the new password it keeps saying the password is too long and I am well within the 50 character limit. Mint does not specify in the message how long they think an Ally password should be. I should not have to change, let alone guess the length Mint thinks it should be. Is this going to be fixed?
