My 21 years old daughter was making over $12,600 and fulltime student in 2021. I understand that she has to file her own return and I can claim her as my dependent. Do I report her 1098-T and all school expenses such as dorm fees and tuition fee in the fall when she transferred from city college to 4 years college on my tax return or she does on hers?

Dependents cannot get education credits. The education credit goes on your own tax return since you are claiming her.
