Where is the Refund?

IRS stated that they refunded my tax refund on March 1,2023. I have contacted Turbo Tax and was referred to.

SBTPG,

I have tried to contact them on the phone as well as sent an e-mail with no response to the e-mail that was sent 3weeks ago. On the phone you get a computer that has insisted for 4 weeks that my "payment is being processed and will be issued in two days." The computer asks do you want to speak to an agent, every time I have called and been placed on hold for up to 45 minutes and have yet to speak to an agent. I have used Turbo Tax for at least 8 years and have never encountered this problem. The question is where is my tax refund and who can I talk to and resolve this matter?

I have been trying to contact them with the information you just gave me. That info is no help. Is there no other to way to find out where is my refund. That info has not worked for me at all.
