I accidentally downloaded TurboTax 2022 Home & Business Version when I wanted the Deluxe version. Duh! Should I buy Deluxe instead or will H&B be okay since I don't have home business?

You bought the top of the line product. No need to make another purchase. It includes all the versions below it in its capability. You don't need a business to use it.
