I am trying to file my federal return and Turbo tax is asking "How do you want to pay?". I selected an installment plan which I have already approved with the IRS. The program will not let me continue to file my taxes, it keeps asking me to select an option to pay.

Since you already setup a payment plan with the IRS, choose to pay taxes due by check. Then you continue through to file your return. After you file a payment voucher may print, you can just ignore the voucher.
