    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought Deluxe version from Costco, installed it.&amp;nbsp; Everything worked fine until I discovered I needed to upgrade to Premier.&amp;nbsp; I bought the upgrade, but it doesn't show up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I removed the app, cleared related Keychain entries, and did a fresh re-installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon re-install it didn't ask for the new KEY.&amp;nbsp; It seems to remember the old key which is tied to the original Deluxe desktop version.&amp;nbsp; UGH.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to I get the new Premier version to run??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Under Help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select "Switch Product"&lt;BR /&gt;Select Activate new product&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will cause the current version to quit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, when you manually re-start the program, it will ask for the new activation code,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which I had gotten when I purchased the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I did get it to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But WOW, this could (and should) have been SO MUCH EASIER.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When a user buys and upgrade, the flow should automatically perform the upgrade&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or at least describe the steps required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to call the support number to get this worked out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
