    <description>&lt;P&gt;I"m getting an error message that, "We've run into an issue connecting with your computer and can't launch TurboTax".&amp;nbsp; The prompt provided two ways to solve this either through temporarily disabling my filter and/or restarting my router.&amp;nbsp; I don't have access to disable my filter so I restarted my router but it still won't work.&amp;nbsp; Does anybody have advice, please?&amp;nbsp; THANK YOU SO MUCH!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been having issues as well. They keep telling me to log out then log back on. Hadn’t helped me. So frustrated with turbo this time. Best of luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
