Online Turbo tax, from 8949 part II-- how do I change from Box F selected to Box E for a Form 1099s I received?

When you EDIT/UPDATE a particular transaction, it should ask you what Box you want to check.

delete that transaction and reenter it with the correct Box checked.

Unfortunately when I tried "edit" it does not show an entry questioning which box. I also tried deleting and reentering the info, no question about which box and it again assumed Box F. Not sure if it makes a difference but the entry is a 1099S submitted by the closing lawyer on the sale of a second home. Really would hate to do a paper submittal for something that will have no bearing on our final numbers.

Box C or F is used when you tell TurboTax you don't have a 1099-B.
