topic 1099-G - Question in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I was out of work for medical health issues and receievd a 1099-G form an Insurance company. Has box 1 unemployment compensation. I am thinking this is State (CT) PFL. When I go to report in Turbox tax it asks do you need to enter any of these payments reported on Form 1099-G?

Yes for a 1099-G Govt payment

No, I don't have any of these payments to enter

NOTE: Answer no if you only have state income tax refunds, unemployment, or paid family leave.

Seems like I should answer NO, so does this not get reported as income.

Just some further info on my situation. I also received a separate W-2 from a different Insurance Company with sick paid leave marked in box 13. The box 1 wages are being included in income.

Any information would be appreciated.

Yes, you will mark the 1099-G as Connecticut Paid Family Leave since it was included in your W2 income.
