you can backspace over it, or if that's not possible, you can open the form using the forms option towards the top right and you can then navigate to the form by selecting it from the list at the left of your screen... however, be very careful if you are making direct entries in the forms, as you may create errors if you enter a wrong value

You can use the steps below to delete or make changes if you have already passed the screen where the error was made:

Use the Search tool located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. For example, if you were needing to enter a 1099-R, you would enter 1099R in the search bar. If you see “Jump to” in the search results, click on it and follow the on-screen instructions.
You can try clicking on Tax Tools and then clicking on Tools.
The Tools Center popup will display. Here you will have two options (Topic Search or Topic List). In Topic Search you will have to enter a keyword to search for, and in Topic List you can select a section of your return you would like to revisit.

If it's on a particular form, you can try deleting the form and re-entering the information. If this does not work for you, please respond back here and let us know.
