Importing Crypto from CSV error saying duplicate transaction IDs

I am trying to upload the CSV of my crypto transactions and key getting an error about duplicate transactions. There are NO duplicate transaction IDs AND I even tried to upload a brand new file with NO transaction IDs and it still gave the error. How can there be duplicate entries when there was no data in that column??

Anyone have any idea how to solve this? The columns are in the correct places. The data is in the correct places. And there are no duplicates.
