My daughter was on my Marketplace health insurance for half a year in 2022 until she got her own insurance through a job for the last six months of 2022. I am including the 1095A on my return and claiming 100% of the shared policy amounts, so she won't be responsible for any of it. Do I need to include the 1095A on her return as well or are there just some questions to answer? If questions, where? She received a 1095C for the last six months. Thanks

if she is not a dependent on your return, she must also report the 1095A on her return. since you are allocating 100% to yourself, in this situation, she would allocate 0% to herself but still has to report it.

1095C is not reported on a 1040
