missing email Error while trying to File

Get the below error. I have followed the instructions in the support page but still keep getting this same error:

We need more information for your order

Before you can finish placing your order, you'll need to complete your personal information.

Go back to the My Info section, add your missing information (or fix what's incorrect), and then come back and complete your order.

What information am I missing?

I am also experiencing this error! when I click on "Go to My Info" there is no place there for me to enter my email address. I went to my account information and made sure my email address was listed there and it was.

Why am I being asked for my email before I can checkout?

This does not help! I have tried it several times. I’ve been on the phone with support for 30 minutes and they have no answer.
