How do I scroll to the "Submit" button?

Turbotax is charging me a fee for federal taxes but it won't allow me to scroll to the Submit button

It was very frustrating to get to the submit button. Hope someone from TurboTax IT sees this response.

I would be able to drag the window up and see the continue and submit buttons, but as soon as I released the mouse, the window would slide back. Then I kept hitting tab till I thought, I made it to the continue and submit buttons. I was taken to the privacy window. Anyway, finally hitting tab several times and enter (making a guess) did it. That was half the battle. Then when I put in my credit card information, I could not hit submit. This was worse than the previous experience. I kept hitting tab, till I came back to my name and then shift+tab two times and hit enter. Finally I got my returns submitted.

This would be very hard for someone who does not know how tab and shift + tab work.

Can you try the resolution provided above by Krishnapriya1?

If that does not work, please try the steps provided below to see if that resolves your issue:

Log completely out of your TurboTax account
Clear cache and delete cookies
Then log back in and see if you are still having the same issue

You can also try using a different web browser. If this does not work, please respond back here and let us know.
