    <description>&lt;P&gt;I completed entering data into TT Premier 2022 (with updates). It was in processes of E-filing the Federal returns and I walked away. When I returned, the TT application had closed.&amp;nbsp; I thought this was a new feature.&amp;nbsp; I didn't get any email confirmation for 48 hours and now I'm back in TT trying to E-file my return several times and these are my experiences:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) I re-open and I get "submission is a duplicate of one previously received"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) I Check Electronic Filing Status = You Haven't E-File a Tax Return Yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) I try to E-File. Application closes - no error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) I re-open and try to E-file - application closes - no error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) I re-open and try to E-File,&amp;nbsp;I get "submission is a duplicate of one previously received"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to be able to E-File my Federal Forms - Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you please try the steps provided below to see if that resolves your issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Log completely out of your TurboTax account&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/product-system-requirements/clear-cache/L8EEqjh3R_US_en_US" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;Clear cache&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/data-systems/delete-cookies/L009gaGqG_US_en_US" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;delete cookies&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Then log back in and see if you are still having the same issue&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It will not work if TurboTax Desktop is connected to or not connected to my account. I don't understand how clearing browser cache and cookies will affect the desktop application?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
