topic Errors in return in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years now. This year it would not allow me to import my information from TD Ameritrade. (and no I was not using my VPN when I did my taxes) So I entered the information using the "guided" process. I did this for both my Federal and State (OR) return. After completing the "check my return" and "Audit check", both indicated there were no issues with my return(s). So I filed them. I was supposed to get a refund of $1,000 from Federal and $3,500 from State. Last week I was notified the after reviewing my returns, I would be receiving $400 from Federal and I owed the State of Oregon $833 due to errors in my return. I was extremely disappointed that the government agencies were able to detect my errors when I had the "all clear" from Turbo Tax. Any suggestions? I had one reply previously, but it did not really address my situation.
