topic File Password in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

File Password

turbotax win 10 22h2 (latest) set password & secret question and saved the file

when i try to open it it prompts for password which i don't remember

click forgot password boxes pop up with a blank or not visable line where secret question should be & a place to type the answer.

with out displaying the question how do i enter the answer?!!!

its not a account password it a blank or non readable or non selectable secret question from turbotax home & business desktop product and im not the only one
