K1 Controlled Foreign Partnership Statement

For one of my partnership investments, the K1 indicates I must file with my tax return a "Controlled Foreign Partnership" statement with very specific language. This statement entitles me to a "constructive ownership filing exception".

Is this something supported by turbo tax? If not, does that mean I cannot file electronically but instead must print and mail paper copies and include this statement?
