      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a CD at Costco.&amp;nbsp; My new computer didn't have a CD player, so I started my return on the TurboTax website.&amp;nbsp; The return has a great deal of information.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to transfer imput from the website to the CD return?&amp;nbsp; Don't want to pay TurboTax twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought the software for the Business addition of Turbo Tax 2019.&amp;nbsp; I bought a new computer which no longer has the CD Rom Drive so I cannot download the program.&amp;nbsp; I need this to do some back taxes and revisions.&amp;nbsp; I have the Key Code for the software.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to download that software to my computer and then use the Key Code to unlock it??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You will have to contact TurboTax support for this issue so they can push a 2019 desktop edition to your download account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have access to another computer then you could get the installation file off the CD and transfer that to the new computer for installation ... use a thumb drive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
