How is there no version for the New(past THREE years) Apple computers? Had I known this I would have paid for different software.

What are you talking about? You can use the online software with any computer or mobile device that has internet access. You can use the CD/download with any Mac that meets the system requirements. You just have to specify that you need the Mac version when you purchase the download.

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return. You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return. The state e-file fee is $20 and increases to $25 in March.

Has to be run with the Rosetta mask...ridiculous for "New" products...
