Need to attach form 1116 schedule B

When I tried to transmit my return I got the following message:

We can't e-file your return because we are unable to locate the attachment at /attachment/form1116ScheduleB.pdf Please go back and re-attach it. Then try e-filing again.

I have never in the program been prompted to add a PDF. When I go to forms I can see that form 1116ScheduleB is part of my return. Why is it not automatically attaching where necessary.

If I am supposed to separately save and attach it, how do I go about doing that? And I can't figure out why this would be necessary since it is already a form that is provided by the program and calculated by the program.

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

I am not using the online version. I use a downloaded version onto my computer desktop. Is there a solution for a desktop user?

Yep have done all of that. I see the correct forms including 1116 and 1116 schedule B. I am at the point where I am actually transmitting the return and that’s when I get this message that I posted earlier. I don’t understand why the form itself doesn’t just transmit with the return. And if I have to separately attach it, why am I not prompted to do so. Even if in head out in a pdf how wild I attach it?
