AGI Mismatch e-file rejected

I keep getting the AGI mismatch, even when I am putting the right number taken from IRS official tax transcripts, my 2021 return was processed in February of 2022, I tried entering $0 and now it is being rejected due to my Spouse's AGI not matching database. We file jointly. Any suggestion on how to fix this, other than filing by mail?

try zero for both since on a joint return the AGIs must match. if that doesn't work you'll have to mail in your return.
