Transaction Not Updating

my car payment isn’t updating in my budget. I’ve made the payment as I can see from my checking account statement but it doesn’t update in my spending. It shows as I haven’t paid it yet, $0. Trying to contact tech support but it seems not working. Please help.

I'm having the same issue. My total amount for my accounts is correct but it won't update anything since May 24th. Frustrating as I can't do anything without that information.
