Issue w/ Verification code on W2

I'm trying to efile my 2018 tax return. It keeps getting rejected, saying the verification code is invalid. It definitely matches the W2, and i confirmed w/ other employees they didn't have issues. Any thoughts? btw it meets the criteria of including numbers 0-9 and letters A-F

An incorrect or omitted verification code will not delay the processing of your return, so if you are still having issues moving forward with your return, you can remove the code from box 9. Please see the below link from the IRS for more information on this.
